Green Bay fishing  remains strong for all species.  Perch fishing has been exceptional with limits of perch coming to the boat very quickly.  Some days fishermen have to work through some small ones waiting for the schools of bigger perch to arrive, but limits of perch in the 11-13 inch range are common.  The quick limits of perch make a combo perch/walleye trip a great option this time of year. Big walleye continue to hit the net on a daily basis with most fish still ranging in the 25-26 inch range.  The table fare fish are still around and there are enough to take home for a great meal.  Trolling as well as slip bobber and rigging techniques are taking good fish. The Musky fishing has really started to heat up and will only get better. A mix of casting and trolling have those willing to put in the time seeing the Green Bay giants coming to the net. Again, September is the best month for combination trips.  Musky/walleye, walleye/perch, or even perch/musky are all options for those looking to experience all Green Bay has to offer.

Fishing will remain great all the way through September. Now is the time to get in on the action. The perch bite is good, but has been a day to day type of bite. Some days are hot and others are only yielding limited numbers of perch. The Musky are starting their transition to the typical casting areas where they are on the hunt for prey. As we enter mid August, now is a great time to book a musky casting trip although trolling is also a good option to target those toothy critters for those that don’t have it in them to cast all day long. The walleye fishing is on fire! Double digit catches of walleye in the 25-27 inch range are occurring daily. This is our prime walleye fishing time and the bite will continue all the way through mid September. Now is the time to get in on the action. The perch bite is starting to come along, with the warmer temps not arriving until a little later, the good perch bite is just starting to form. Look for the bite to pick up in the next week or so. As the water warms, I break from Musky fishing as it is a stress on the fish with the warm water-not to mention the walleye fishing is just way too good! The walleye will be in full eating mode with the alewife retreating to the big lake and the perch are schooling up in large numbers. Walleye fishing continues to produce fish in the 24-27 inch range as well as a good number of eaters. Perch are starting to gather in large schools in the deeper water reefs allowing for some good catches of perch. Fishing is in full swing on Green Bay with seasons open for Walleye,Perch and Musky!  Walleye remain consistent with trolling producing most catches of a mixed bag of larger fish and eater sized fish.  With the alewife migration starting, walleye will slow for the upcoming weeks and our focus will shift to perch. Perch are being caught in small numbers, but as the water continues to warm up, they will begin to school up in larger groups.  Musky fishing has been consistent with the best bite in the early mornings.  With school ending for most kids, now is a great time to plan a summer trip to Green Bay for some excellent Bay fishing!

Walleye Fishing has opened on Green Bay! We have been underway for a week now and the walleye have not disappointed. A mix of both jigging and trolling techniques have brought fish to the boat. This spring we have seen a good number of larger sized walleye, fish in that 22-28 inch range, mixed in with our typical eater sized fish of 15-21. Of course, there are plenty of fresh water drum to keep the action consistent! The fish remain shallow, so it’s just a very short boat ride to reach prime areas.The next few weeks should remain excellent! Both perch and musky seasons are closed until the end of the month so our focus is on walleye for now.

Hello fishing fans, past clients, and FUTURE clients.  The middle of November means the 2025 season has wrapped up and it’s time for Captain Mark to get the boat put away and start planning for the 2026 season.

The 2025 season witnessed great walleye fishing and tremendous perch fishing. Musky fishing was a tad slower than normal, but we still connected with fish on every outing.  Recent DNR walleye surveys show record numbers of yearlings in the system indicating we have a lot of great walleye fishing in the future.  2025 saw perhaps the best perch fishing in a decade. All signs point to continued great perch fishing.
