Fall Fishing Is Heating Up on Green Bay

October 2, 2026

As fall is fast approaching, the Green Bay fishing is starting to slide to its typical fall pattern.  Perch fishing has slowed a bit, with the fishing being more hit and miss, but the larger perch are showing up!  We have had to be on the move and locate fish and wait for them to want to eat.  They seem to be very picky right now. The Musky fishing has been excellent, connecting with multiple fish a day.  On a multiple boat group outing one of our clients boated a 55 incher!  As we press into the season, the bite will get a little tougher, but the bigger fish will be on the hunt to eat before winter approaches. The last couple of weeks saw a slow down in the walleye bite, which is pretty typical as the water cools and walleye start to transition.  Over the next couple weeks we will switch our attention to the river with casting being the primary method of catching walleyes. Fin-Tastic Eyes will be guiding though the month of October for those wanting to get one last trip in before the weather turns too cold. Tight lines!
