2025 Season Recap & Exciting News for 2026

Hello fishing fans, past clients, and FUTURE clients.  The middle of November means the 2025 season has wrapped up and it’s time for Captain Mark to get the boat put away and start planning for the 2026 season.

The 2025 season witnessed great walleye fishing and tremendous perch fishing. Musky fishing was a tad slower than normal, but we still connected with fish on every outing.  Recent DNR walleye surveys show record numbers of yearlings in the system indicating we have a lot of great walleye fishing in the future.  2025 saw perhaps the best perch fishing in a decade. All signs point to continued great perch fishing.

The 2026 season will quickly be upon us.  With the upcoming holidays, a gift certificate for your favorite fisherman is always a good option!  Captain Mark will be maintaining 2025 rates into the 2026 season.  The prime dates often fill fast, so book early to ensure you get your preferred dates.  As always, Fin-tastic Eyes can accommodate large groups.  Let’s get that 2026 date on the calendar!
